A judge tips her hand in the Apple e-books case.

A few different times, I mentioned the Apple e-books antitrust case. Trial is scheduled to begin on June 3rd, and the presiding judge recently hinted that the Department of Justice is likely to win, given what she knows now. It will be interesting to see if this pushes Apple to settle.
