More on Apple's e-books fight with the Department of Justice.

In the past, I wrote about Apple's dispute with the Department of Justice over allegations that Apple conspired with other publishers in the price fixing of e-books. Here is a good article on the current state of the case. Basically, Apple is the only defendant who has not settled, and is vigorously defending its business practices.
